Weights Plyometrics

How many days a week, I should train plyometrics to increase my vertical leap?
I try to increase my vertical jump and dunk to make im some plyometrics 2 days a week, I wanted to know if 2 days a week is good or can I up the formation of 3 or 4 days a week? also when weightlifting important day of my legs that I should go heavy or light to help increase my vertical?
Two days a week is good .. if you make sure you have heavy enough protein intake because you're muscles tear and if they do not receive the protein recovery you may end up causing muscular weakness.
