Skirt and Pants Options for the Belly Dance Costume
The belly dance costume is a two piece costume worn by ladies and it is usually worn to imitate the outfits of belly dancers or actually worn by ladies who want to belly dance. The two piece will come with a top that covers the bust section and it is usually a firmed bra costume. The top ranges from design to another and there are some that come with lovely matching beads, embroidery work or with laces ends. Some tops come with a collar that does round the neck while others are sleeveless with no straps. The top for the belly dance costume may also come with long sleeves or short sleeves. The long sleeves will usually be stylish loose sleeves that hang onto the arm. The top may also come stripped, spotted or with a pattern design printed onto the material.
The top is worn with either a skirt or a tight pant. The skirts will usually be low waist and will flow loosely downwards to the ankles. The skirts may come with layers to give it body and have it flair as one makes the belly dance. The skirt will usually have beads at the waist or have embroidery work around the waist to draw attention to the belly. One can also tie a bead-work belt around the waist over the belly dance costume skirt. Bead work can also be used as hand ornaments and bangles and also come as a head gear. The skirt can come as complete or with slits at different places.
The pants option of the belly dance costume also comes in a wide range. The pants will usually be tight and low waist. You can wear a beaded belt over the pants. You can also purchase pants with matching bead work for the top and for the pants. In many cases, the pants will flair towards the bottom to take the shape of a belly bottom. The pants come with either see through option or netted option. You can also tie a wrap around kerchief over the trousers with bead work or embroidery work.
The belly costume comes in a range of colors and design to choose from. You can make the purchase of the belly dancer outfit online as you get wider variety and at times, it is hard to get this king of costumes in your local clothing store.
