Butts as you know come in all shapes and sizes and you do not need me to reel off a kaleidoscope of all these changes – we see them all days!

They need not be that way and I can show you how with only two minutes a day you can also have a solid base and attractive behind. Of course, you do not have to do in bed – it can be done almost anywhere and anytime – in fact I would encourage you lead to practice regularly until it becomes a habit. It focuses on muscle contraction, and in her bed when the clock is a good place to start.
Start by having a good stretch to relax.
