Here's how to lose 2 inches above your waist. There are 2 simple tips in this article. 1 is a simple tactical plan and the other is a simple thing you do for 5 minutes per day. What the two inches and comes off with very little effort.
1. Use a vacuum to suck arise in your stomach
The vacuum pose using isometric tension to get the results flat stomach. For beginners, I recommend that you get up and suck in your gut as much as you can for 3 seconds. Stop, rest 3 seconds and keeps repeating. To do this, for a total of 5 minutes per day. You can do 3 seconds here and there all day, or to every 5 minutes at time. Either way is acceptable.
It may take you a few tries to feel the correct tension. Basically, image you take your belly button toward your spine. Common findings … a loss of 2 inches less than a month from your stomach (when you're done for 5 minutes every day).
2. Eat 1.5 cups of broccoli with 1-2 meals per day
If you're like me, you probably do not like broccoli by itself. This is not a problem. First, to make this easy, you can buy bags of frozen broccoli. Then take a cup and a half and boil. 1.5 cups of broccoli will fill you and contains only 30 calories.
Now for the taste. Personally, I use 1 tablespoon of sour cream and one tablespoon tablespoons honey mustard barbecue sauce. These add minimal calories, but totally make broccoli taste good. I also mix the broccoli with other foods. Be creative. Use of spices, herbs, whatever.
Do whatever it takes to eat broccoli. You will not regret it. Just you know, I go through a bag of 5 pounds of frozen broccoli (costs about $ 4.50 at Wal-Mart) in 10 days … if half the books every day for me.
These are just 2 simple tips to lose 2 inches from your waistline in a month.
