What could be causing my shoulder pain?
Background – I am very healthy, but I participate in two activities that May lead to shoulder pain – weightlifting and golf. I try to stretch all my muscles, but sometimes I do that gently. Not sure, since you do not mention exactly where the pain is. However, I had pain in the shoulder in front of the shoulder where the clavicle meets shoulder.
