What is the best way to reduce your waistline and lose weight in your buttocks and thighs?
I am a man, 16, and my waist is 36, I want to exercise at home where I do not use anything else. I have a medicine ball and dumbbells and a bike elliptical. Im 16, with a lot of money so cannot join a gym and I would like to know some exercises at home as well. my waist is 36inch.
