Using a balance ball as a chair?
I've heard of using a balance ball like a chair to strengthen the muscles. So I'm sitting on mine right now in my office and I'm not sure it really does something for me. Someone he tried and had results? Or is it a bit pointless?
Even if you're sitting in an ordinary chair with good posture (keeping back straight and stomach under chest) you develop your abdominal muscles. So if that's what you do on a balance ball that will do something for you. Stick with it.
