You can start first with measurements easy to perform and continue to the various complicated movements. Pavan-Muktasan a yoga position is significant in reducing the fat in the stomach. But the success of these depends on other factors of age, heredity, sex, nature of work they do etc.
Avoid stress and quiet sleep
Stress is the key to increasing the fat in the body. Avoid stress. Engage in additional activities to brighten your body and mind. Always practical exercises stress to try to do Pranayam regularly, as it will cheer up the mind and body. This will give you a good sleep too.
