Butts as you know come in all shapes and sizes and you do not need me to reel off a kaleidoscope of all these changes – we see them all days!

Of course, you do not have to do in bed – it can be done almost anywhere and anytime – in fact I would encourage you lead to practice regularly until it becomes a habit.
