Can not lose belly fat after thousands of sit ups and crunches! What other exercises flatten stomach?
You go of things in the wrong direction. You can not reduce the place. You will not lose belly fat by just doing sit-ups. You must reduce your Body Fat% overall. If you really want to get in shape, it will require a commitment and a complete life change. You must change what you eat, your how to eat, and must be dedicated to the gym. Less than nine months ago I was overweight. Now I have 8-pack abs. You can change your body too …. 1. Eat six small meals a day. Every 2.5 to 3 hours. Do not skip breakfast! Eat your first meal within an hour after awakening. 2. Change mix your calories. Amp your protein intake and minimize carbohydrates and fats that you eat each day. Whey protein dairy, lean meat, egg and wheat are the best. Ideally, you should eat about 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight. 3. Cut your total calories. But not by too much time, or you'll slow your metabolism! Cut your calories / day about 100-200 for the first two weeks. Depending on your weight and body structure … you should consume about 2000 calories per day. You want to be sure to burn more calories than you consume each day. 4. Not all carbohydrates and fats are the same. Eat whole grains and especially unsaturated fats. Pay attention to the nutritional panel when you buy food! Eat more carbs during the first half of the day. 5. Hit the gym. Do 30-45 minutes of weight about 5 or 6 days a week. Working one muscle group per day, and each muscle group about once a week. Also, make at least 20 minutes intense cardio 4 or 5 days per week. Let your strength training and cardio at different times of day, or do your weight training first. If you do cardio right before weight training … your body will not have sufficient energy they need for weight training.
