What are good exercises for lower abs?
I know that sit-ups and inflections are good for your abdominals in the assembly. But I am particularly trying to target my lower abs. Thank you you1 Oh, I just want to tone, not lose weight. Thank you for the reply!
lay on the couch to head back (make sure it will not move when you do this), raise both legs together until least 90 degrees (vertical), then lower both legs at the same table without touching the ground. If you're really good, you can try to get into this "take your marks" it poses to swimmers before jumping into the water (to look, touch your toes, keep legs straight) while holding the wheel against the ground without bending the knees (some arm bending is allowed) to go ahead and back.
