Get rid of lower stomach fat?
I have a flat stomach save for the crude "dog" on my lower abdomen, which was be like I gained five pounds during the winter. Are there any exercises that specifically target this area? I really want is gone before bikini season = / @ "D". Uh, no I'm not stupid. I weigh like 110 lbs.
Those five pounds you gained are large body weight (not muscle, no water, nothing else). If you want to lose your "doggie" you need to lose those 5 kg of body fat, and nothing losing another. If you lose muscle or water weight, you'll always have a dog because the 5 pounds of fat are still there. For corps fat "gain, you must eat more than you burn. Thus," lose "body fat, you need to" burn "more than you" eat ". Cardio is the only way to burn body fat. Any other muscle exercises (like Situpa) that drive the muscles, not the fat that wraps. Be advised, Cardio is really hard and burns more muscle than fat. The only way to prevent this is to do weight training to save your heart muscles. Empowerment one muscle group per week, keep away from cardio all week. So to lose "body fat" only, you must: 1) Plan Food: eat less than you burn, you should check it because it's different for each person. 2) Cardio: lose fat and muscle 3) Weight Lifting: to save the muscle is only 5 lbs, so it should not take more than 2-3 weeks max if you do everything. If you want to make sure that you on the right track, you can check your body composition (how much body fat, muscle, water, etc. ..) in any sport, hospital or health center.
