Most fitness programs, and people you learn more you do the better, Pilates teaches you that the quality of each movement is much better than quantity. So for example instead of doing 50 leg lifts, choose to 20 reps would be better because you get tired less quickly. You can then focus on holding each movement and maintaining the quality of it instead of just turned 50 and have it over with.
