I am a mother of nursing, and am losing at least 10 LBS?
My baby 8 months, and I noticed that I am a little more around my stomach area. I want to exercise and perhaps diet. I do not know how to begin, though. Ideas?
I lost a total of 120 pounds to date. I lost 105 pounds in my first six months. Here's how I did it. 1. Every morning, get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and must be fast walk. You want your heart rate up. It must be in the morning, he kicks your metabolism. 2. I cut out red meat and fatty foods. Boneless Chicken Breasts skinnless, baked or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put half on your plate, and put the rest. Cook less. When you go to fast food, you do salads. Or grilled chicken. No fries, diet soda that. Or water. It will work once you get into a routine, you have connected on the results, and keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You might be surprised at how much more you are aware of your calorie intake, if you actually write it. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, and keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so that everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free trial of seven days, and so far I am very impressed by the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories, you can take in. Very cool!
