Lower Belly Workouts

How can I lose belly fat down?
I am a boy of thirteen, 5'8 "and 122 pounds and I go to the gym for an hour and 15 minutes 5-6 times per week. I do cardio for 35 minutes and burn 600 calories and weight. But i cannot seem to lose that lower belly fat I have. I do ab workout as lifts and crunches, etc., but the leg is something I'm missing could help me burn the fat? I think I'm pretty healthy because i drink about 12 cups of water, eat about 1800-1900 calories per day and a lot of it is from protein and carbohydrates from fruit and vegetables. Is there something in my diet that I can change?
Cardio low is good for burning fat. Hiking, biking, rowing, which will increase your heart rate no more than 65% of your standby frequency (typically 120-125 Youth year 20-30). Unfortunately ABS is the last area that we lose fat. The changes start at the ends and work in the kernel. However, do plently of Top / abs, obliques and lower back exercises to focus and begin to tone this area. Do not crack regularly, then alternate side crunches (to lying on back, knees bent, right calf rests on the left thigh and bring the elbow right knee left, do the same for the other side) for the abdominals, located on the back, hands at sides, lift both legs slightly off the ground and hold for 2-5 sec. Or lie on your back, lift both legs slightly off the ground and open to the width of the shoulders and back together. repeat the previous steps. For the lower back, lie on the abdomen, legs stretched out, put his hands behind his head and using the abdominals, lift your shoulders to the ground and not "crack back". For the sides, stand with feet shoulder width apart, arms down on the sides, holding weights (kg 5-10) in one hand, elbow on the side of the size reduction of weight on the knee, use other hand to reach over head as you lean.
