Need to lose weight by the size of Friday?
I am a kid and I'm happy with my weight and everything, I'm not about to start groan! Basically, I bought this really pretty dress to wear in the evening of Friday and it is a little tight on my waist and ribs, tight but not suffocating it tight if I take a deep breath. All exercises or can I do to lose a little weight? Just so I can carry the dress without having to unpack! – It's the right size! Thank you (:
For toning, just spend 15-20 minutes every evening to sit ups, push ups and crunches. The best thing to do is start with 10 minutes for a few days, then add a minute each day. And it is better to do these exercises during the night just before bedtime! Okay, well how fast you lose weight, it depends on how much you weigh now. For example, if you were obese, and you lost weight much faster than someone who is a medium-weight or slightly overweight. It is quite easy to lose a stone in a few months. For example, I lost 18 pounds since the beginning of January, which is a stone and four pounds. There are simple easy things you got to do what is using less butter and cooking oils at all, and reducing the chocolate bars that you odd perhaps once every few days. Finally, after a few weeks in order not to taste all. Yeah, it's really difficult, but you must try hard, so think of something that will really motivate you, as a reflection of what you might look like after a few months if you stay away from bad foods, and if you do eat, how you feel afterwards. Never eat after 19 hours. If really want to be good so do not eat after 18 hours. But 19 hours later is complete. It does not depend on the snack is healthy, do not eat it. The only thing that enters your mouth after 19 hours is water. You should also drink plenty of water during the day. Usually, when you stomach is telling your brain that you're hungry, you're just thirsty! Physical exercise is much easier than making people. I do aerobics in my room and it is easy. Just obtain a movement iPod or MP3! Even a little dance around. Or, if you do not have an iPod or MP3 player to play music out loud. Whatever you choose to do, just move! I am also a 20 minute walk each day. Remember that even a little exercise is better than no exercise. So of course, do the simple things that just burn a few calories. For example, if you often get a bus, then walk to the stop next, then take the bus, or if the trip is not far off the whole way. If you drive to many locations, and park farther from your destination and walk. During the lunch break to go for a walk, even just for 15 mintues, it's better than nothing. Chewing gum. It will keep your mind and mouth concentrate on something other than food, and if you buy an expensive gum, then you feel guilty of everything thrown in the trash, and you try to get as much as you can chew it from.
