I want to keep exercising to stay healthy not to lose weight … is buying a gym ball a good place to start?
I have seen so many different exercises using a gym ball .. and I seem to want to use it to keep fit .. Is this a good idea? Do you have one? I thought 15 minutes per day?? I have never exercised before.
