Golf Stretching
What could be causing my shoulder pain?
Background – I am very healthy, but I participate in two activities that May lead to shoulder pain – weightlifting and golf. I try to stretch all my muscles, but sometimes I do that gently. In any case, on pain – yesterday I had my hands behind my head in a bed "I'm king of the world" position. When I adjusted my arm (I do not know exactly how they moved), my shoulder starts badly. I thought no big deal, it will go, but last night and This morning the pain is almost unbearable when my arm is in an area and / or raised position. Any ideas?
Not sure, since you do not mention exactly where the pain is. However, I had pain in the shoulder in front of the shoulder where the clavicle meets shoulder. It was an inflammation of the acromioclavicular joint and was the result of overuse (racquetball, softball shots of the outfield, waxing a car) which took 2 months off to heal.
