Waist Exercises

I'm looking to tone my body. Any ideas for some cardio exercises I can do?

I have a little fat around the waist and hips like most women do, and I'm looking to tone up and trim down … only 1 / 2 size dress. I want installer too! The only problem is that I have bad knees, I can not run long or hard surfaces, but it is very painful … not sure why they do, but its always been like that. So what can I do that will help me?

cardio will not tone your body. You need exercises body weight, which will the pain away from your knees, you stretch, strengthen you and give you some endurance. I suggest you did some squats free (no weight necessary, just do a lot of them), pumps, Situpa (do not worry about the cracks, they are useless), just simple things like that. Yoga is also very good – finding a stronger discipline as Ashtanga. Also, I suggest you Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women by Eddie Baran. Ignore the barker-like its website – the guy is real and will make you look and feel better than you've ever felt.
