Exercises To Have A Flat Tummy

I have been doing exercises from 2 months and I still do not have a flat stomach?
I was around 34 and now I'm at 32 so obviously I lost a few centimeters, but I want a flat stomach, so what can I do? I hate the hose. and I have been on a diet without fast food snack sugar i;'ve been eating good carbs and nothing seems to me I want results.
