Exercises For Tummy
What are good exercises stomach when you have a backache?
I am in a car accident four years ago and now I have badly hurt back. When I try to do abdominal crunches and it makes me terribly sore back. Are there other exercises I can do just to shake my belly without hurting me. I'm only 18 so I'm not old it just really hurts. So what about exercises for the inner thigh area? I have no time hitting the gym to exercise at home is preferable.
I suppose you can do that. It's one of my favorite exercises. It does not take long at all and is very effective. Take a deep breath and hold it. Tighten your abs as hard as you can while exhaling slowly. Keep your abdominals actually contracted for 30 seconds if you can (being sure to breathe throughout – and inhalation as needed – you do not want to go through it breathes not). Repeat this several times. Later in the day, do it again, this time from a slumped position or leaning before. (If it does not hurt, that is.) Just do these 2 daily exercises. You can even do it again in his spare time of the day if you want. They are isometric exercises, and I think you will soon feel and see the results. Isometric exercises do not require movement whatsoever, while this may be the way forward for you. (I know that my method of choice.)
