Tips on diet and shrinking hips / neck size and thicken?

I am 5'2 "and 175 and trying to join the military (my husband is already in progress). I had a thyroid problem that has now been resolved, but prevented me from losing weight. I just started my Slim-Fast diet, 5 / 21. Currently take no soda, have two Slim-Fast One for lunch and one for dinner. Two fruit or Veggie snacks. Turkey or chicken for protein meal and a huge salad with Fat Free Dressing Limited. I need lose at least 20 lbs. ASAP and proposals of diets and exercises to be carried out additional inches of my waist and hips or thicken my neck would be useful. Also walking or jogging 4.5 miles a day. I need to lose weight so I can join the army!

It Sounds like you're on the right track. I'm sure you already know, but kick in your water intake, and a snack a lot throughout the day orders healthy. It will help boost your metabolism and energy. And do not be discouraged if the scale does not move immediately. You start to lose fat and gain muscle, and although you do lose inches wide in May did not budge.
