Elliptical Cardio
If I'm losing weight, is it better to choose "burn fat" or "cardio" on the elliptical?
I have a very extensive and stamina I'm really gettting my heart pumping, but it's hard to lose weight. What difference does it make between the two parameters? Should I not be using more calories Bruning "cardio"?
If you try to burn fat, The best way is too use weights. The reasoning behind this is that any muscle that develops is going to burn more calories at the end. But to answer your question I like the way to burn fat: Fat burn mode on my machines throw different levels of intensity and keep your heart rate a certain level. Cardio is more of a constant level for endurance. Personally, I hate cardio if the manual operation mode with i sprints. good luck hope this helps.
