I need to lose weight, im tired of crying?
I am 24 Female 215 pounds, 5'3 "didn't I use to be of this magnitude, I had a baby in 2003 and swelled to 275, I droped the weight (left and my BF has not been pressed) Now that my weight is more a result of questions psychologial I decided to go to the gym. I am currently saving up to membership. With work, school, children and I intend to work 3 days per week. I wonder what I have to work on as cardio, weight or not. and how long until I can expect to see results. I intend joining next month, but after shopping swimsuit today and see my bodys, I nearly burst into tears, please help
I recommend that you make 200 minutes of cardio per week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The only thing 45 minutes is not true, but not too 60 minutes at a time. Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm you up, then do your training weight. 30 to 60 minutes of cardio, then go home. The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent, but soy tastes better! Do not look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and show more tangible results. Good luck and stick to it.
