How to wrap and wear my orthotic foot, I have a stress fracture, please help!?
I went yesterday and the doctors discovered I had a stress fracture in my foot. It happened nearly a month, and I went the doctor now if he said his recovery and I have to wear the brace and wrap a month. He wrapped the corset and put himself out there and na na not explain and I ask because it seemed simple enough. That day just hard to walk. Today I tried again myself packaging and placing on the corset and it hurts bad every time I walk! Am I supposed to wrap tightly and hug and bulk, or vice versa, or ….? The corset looks like one of those big black shoes and sandal type is adjusted by Velcro. Please help, thankss
