Have you tried the FLEX belt for ABS?
If so what do you think? Sorry thank you, Gabe Have you tried? The reason I ask is because he has received extraordinary reviews consumer reports. I used these things do not work, but because he had a positive opinion% 95 I just need to know if anyone else out there has actually used and the results seen. And Gabe, Have you tired?
Crap. I wouldnt buy it at all. You can not get a six pack abs or a business while carrying something. No, I have not tried. However, there were hundreds of products exactly like this for years now that all say the satisfaction 100% and whatever other things. Its waste though. Through all the years these companies have made them, it is not yet possible to reduce Spot reducing the square, strengthening abdominal aka simply this is a physical impossibility. You must already be at a healthy weight adjustment and make the exercise / weight in order to have the ABS. Who's that subliminal advertising. You will notice that they show them the good people who exercise poeple and not overweight who are seated. in their own way, thats them, you say you have to exercise, lose weight, and then use it to see results.
