How to get rid of / less fat your belly?
I have a bug holiday approaching, and I want to look good in a bikini. Ive been doing sit ups and crunches, and upper part of my abs (around the ribcage just above the navel) is beautiful, it starts to look tonic and flat. I can not get rid of belly fat down button though! Are there any exercises that target this particular area? Thank you
jogging is an excellent exercise because it helps you lose weight evenly throughout your body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, they should be target with exercises. If this is your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You have to work twice on them. The best approach is as follows: 1. Lower / control your daily calorie intake (control of normal weight, lower for being overweight). 2. Run / jog to lower your fat percentage overall body. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. A good exercise you can do at home watching television: Attach a couple ankle weight to your ankles. Slept on the floor or other hard surface. Use an exercise mat so as not to bruise the spine on the ground. Put your hands behind your head, or spread wide. Lift your legs perpendicular to the ground, stopping for a second. Lower legs down. Repeat ten times, stop. Turn on your stomach, raise your hands, with the lower body on the ground, as if trying to look at the ceiling. Go back, do another series. Do three sets of ten repetitions every day. In a week you should see results. Once you are accustomed to exercise, your muscles will not become more stronger, add weight to your weight on the ankle. Remember: repetition the same easy exercise often does not help. Do it only with weights. Lift the leg just does not work. Using weights, they do wonders. Stretch the spine between repetitions. Be careful not to go too heavy a weight to both. Do not increase the weights continuously, stop when your abs are defined – too heavy weight cause injuries.
