How can i lose belly fat and keep it FAST!?

There are however, a formula that works for everyone. Abdominal exercises are to strengthen and tighten the abs, so when your body fat reduces – you then see the fruits of your labor. I know I am like a parrot schizophrenic on this subject, but the myths associated with the reduction of spots should be tackled by one person. Abdominal work is vital, but it is only part of the formula. I focus on three abdominal exercises that will strengthen and tighten the tummy, but your diet should be taken into consideration. The routine will require sports equipment, but it is very effective for tightening the lower abs and upper region, and the oblique muscles (love handles). After providing a description of each exercise and I'll explain exactly how I want you to run, and the frequency. The key to efficiency any year is based on proper technique, sufficient intensity and frequency smart. Here we go! 1. Abdominal Machine Starting Position: • Adjust your in the machine as instructed. Movement: • Contracting the abdominals very tightly, curl your rib cage toward the pelvis, stopping when You have reached a peak contraction of abdominal muscles. Do not focus solely on pushing the chest down. Instead, focus on the abdominals pushing down and tight. • Slowly return to the starting position stopping just under the weight stack touching. Key Points: • Exhale while curling forward. • Inhale while returning to the starting position. • Do not round your upper back or let the chest cave in. After you finish, go immediately the following year. 2. Reverse Trunk Twist Starting position: Lie on the floor with • your back and your arms relaxed at the sides forming a "T" with your body. • Extend your legs straight in the air so your hips form a 90 degree angle with a slight bend in the knees. Movement: • Contracting the abdominal and oblique muscles, lower your legs to one side, keeping your feet together and your back on the floor. Stop limit the strength of your abdominal muscles and oblique. • It may begin as a very small range of motion and gradually increase as you get stronger. • Slowly return to the position departure. • After completing the game on one side, repeat on the other side. Key Points: • Exhale while lowering your legs. • Inhale while returning to the starting position. After completing, immediately go to the following year. 3. Bicycles maneuvers Starting Position: • Lie on a mat with your lower back in a comfortable position. • Bring your knees up to about one degree angle 45. Movement: • Slowly go through a bicycle pedaling motion alternating your left elbow to your right knee and right elbow to your left knee. Points Key: • It can be a more advanced exercise. Do not perform this activity if it puts any strain on your lower back. • Do not pull on your head and neck during this exercise. • The lower ground your legs bicycle, the harder your abs have to work. Perform three days a week routine every other day of the week. Ab Crunch Machine will focus mainly on the upper region AB, Reverse Trunk Twist on the muscle obliques and hips, while bike maneuvers will focus on the entire abdominal region.
