What are some good examples in losing belly fat and do cardio?
Im working on losing weight and was told to do cardio. So is anyone has good examples when doing cardio, other than normal operation and walking? Usually something that will target the fat belly?
The best cardio exercise is simply that you make every day consistently. Choose the one you love to do and not be afraid to mix up the exercises.
