Belly Busting Workout
I need to lose weight! Any tips?
Female Age: 18 Height: 5'4 "Weight: No clue! (Someone may perhaps give me an estimated weight you think I use my measurements?) Measures: Bust: 45 belly: 38 Hips: 42 thig: 25 I do not drink more soda. I will not to eat food faster. I'm agoraphobic and I am currently at home. So if you suggest excercizes please make sure that I am able to do at home. What can I do to lose weight? How much weight do you think I have to lose? I did a cardio workout and ab workout I found on YouTube. Are these workouts will help me lose weight or are they unnecessary? Please no criticism. I used to be fit and active until I developed my medical condition / mental (agoraphobia / Panic disorder / depression). So I really do not need to hear. Sorry for all the questions. Im just really ready to get back in shape. Thank you! =] PS I'm not going to take diet pills or energy / diet drinks.
the most effective way to lose weight is a healthy diet, race (treadmill, if households connected) and swimming. Note: after swimming dont eat chips, sodas, ice, food and unhealthy fats. try an apple, banana, salad with low / fat free dressing, and the workout cardio workout is to help other shape you continue to do what I suggest you become a vegetarian, I am and it helps a lot (i was never overweight, but it keeps me fit and helps balance my exercise and food), but if it's too much on you (your conclusion in a depressive state) do not try to become one just shoot your meat and cheese.
