Lexus damage my paint, but blames me what is my next step of action?
My car is a Lexus IS 350 2006 red pearl with only 6,000 miles on it. Lexus told me when I bought the car and paid extra for Perma Paint (I know it's only a layer wax) to put the car in less than six months for another layer. When I switched off the car and my advisor did go and there were no problems but a few days later they called me to come get the car. It was covered on the hood, roof and trunk with white spots at the mini Throughout the painting. They tried to blame rock chipping and I took the car to another paint shop and came to the conclusion that it was a type of acid (battery, wet cement, etc. ..) Now, my complaint with Lexus was refused because they call impact damage "And they took pictures of the circle, and he cracks moving away. Talk to the representative of the regional customer service. First make noise and do not let up. File a complaint with the BBB, bring a civil action against them. Just keep being until it starts to come your way.
