Abs Workouts
The abdominals is one of the most difficult body to flatten because it is a group of muscles that do not receive much stimulation in our day your daily life. Most of us spend a lot of time to sit down so that the abdominal naturally get a bit flabby and weak. In this article I want to share some exercises to tone abdominals. I believe that these exercises can help you get flat lower belly, even if you do not access to a gym.
Naturally, you also do cardio and keep in shape in general, but these exercises targeted and effective from the lowest will certainly help.
Here they are:
1. Scissors – Lie on the floor with arms outstretched to your sides. Your legs and must be straight, but about 4-5 inches on the ground.
Place one foot to the other and begin to run forward and backward primarily the ankle just above the left and the left above the law. Your movement should look like a pair of scissors and your abs (those of low, in particular) must be stretched like crazy just to keep your legs in the air.
2. Reverse crunches – This is an impressive exercise for toning abs. It works all the stomach and can be very effective.
To reverse a crisis, you lie on the ground with knees bent, raise your feet on the ground a little and loops around your chest, lifting the buttocks a little on the ground. Be sure to keep your head well on the ground and simply use your abs to finish the move. When you return to the starting position, keep your feet above the ground.
3. Hip lifts – Lie on the floor and lift your legs straigh into the air while they are at an angle of 90 degrees to the floor. Lift your hips a little on the floor using your abdominal muscles while keeping your legs completely straight.
4. leg lifts – Assume the same starting position and lift the hip. Lower legs straight into the ground, but do not let them touch it. Raise your legs to the starting position to the stomach.
All these exercises are excellent for your lower abs. Combine them with a good diet and cardio and you will see a big improvement in how you look.
