We have seen those infomercials and magazine ads that promote their exercise routines better and then abdominal promise you that you sexy abs in a matter of a few short workouts. Then they insult our intellegent trying to convince us by showing their "Before and after" photos.
These ads should make you shake your head in disgust! There is really no workouts ab magical spot reduction (you can not choose the areas you want to trim down), or crazy machines which will give you washboard abs. The surprising Actually, I think of all these ads – they never talk about diet! The hard work and diet is the only real way to lose that layer of fat and ABS reveal some spectactular!
The best abdominal exercises is really a very simple and effective – and crunches reverse crunches, that's all! Work your abs 2-3 times per week. The abs are no different than working any other part of your body. training of more than two or three times a week does not the right time to repair muscles.
What you really need to do when running these two exercises is focused on your contracts abdominal muscles as tight as possible. I like contracting for a number of three. This causes your abs to fatigue faster. Do not worry how many repetitions you do, focus on your abdominal muscles contract. I think reverse crunches and crunches are the best exercise routines you can perform abdomial. If you do do not call these exercises that I can recommend the salon AB.
