Abdominal Exercise
When most people think of the Club Pro Ab they think of the stomach exercises (and perhaps a bit more about how much Jennifer Nicole Lee overlooking the infomercial). While it is true that the circle AB is primarily an abdominal workout machine, it can also be used for other purposes. It's something you should know before making your final decision on this matter.
So What Ab exercises are the Circle Pro that you can do to help shape and tone your body the way you want it?
Abs years
Naturally, the first thing you can do with the circle AB is to work your abdominal muscles. To do this, the exercise as follows: you have on the machine with their knees on the carpet special and both hands grasping the handle bars.
You must ensure that your back is as straight as possible at any time. Use your stomach to keep you in the right position. Then, turn your lower body from side to left in a circular motion. Make sure not to put too much pressure on your arms. Need to work your abs, not arms.
I recommend slow rotation avoid giving a pulse of movement that can literally change your workout that momentum really work for you, giving you the illusion of a workout.
Stop exercising if you feel any back pain or too much pressure on your knees.
Thighs and buttocks
You can also use the Ab Circle Pro to exercise your thighs and buttocks. You assume the same position on the machine, keeping your back straight, at any time.
You can now work your inner thighs and buttocks moving both knees forward, each to his own side of the circular groove.
